Hidden Public Performance – 17th December 2016

Optimized-Hidden rectangle

Back for its third successful year, Hidden: A play about self-worth, mental health and self-harm explores the stories of three very different teenagers' struggles with self-harm, mental health problems and their journeys to recovery. The play addresses self-harming behaviours and its triggers in an accessible format, designed to be direct, frank and to engage young audiences. This play has been developed in consultation with clinicians, those who have recovered from self-harm and leading charities in the field to ensure that it does not "trigger" any of the behaviours.
