Funding News!

Great news! We’ve been awarded a grant of £11,462 from The National Lottery Community Fund. This money will enable us to make some some important improvements to Peer Place to make our rehearsal spaces more sound proof and will enable us to update some of computer kit.

The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600m a year to communities across the UK and the money is raised by players of The National Lottery. They fund projects that’ll do at least one of these things:

  1. Bring people together to build strong relationships in and across communities

  2. Improve the places and spaces that matter to communities

  3. Help more people to reach their potential, by supporting them at the earliest possible stage

  4. Support people, communities and organisations facing more demands and challenges because of the cost-of-living crisis.

Improving our building and investing in new computer equipment will help Peer Productions to continue to transform the lives of the young people who train with us, take part in one of our projects or see one of our plays.
