What does Peer Productions do?
Peer Productions run a one year full time volunteer training programme for young actors aged 16 - 24 years. During this year they receive training as Peer Educators and actors and deliver a series of arts projects and touring productions within their community. These productions are usually linked to the PSHE/ Citizenship/SRE curriculum for secondary schools although occasionally we deliver cross curricular work (particularly in Key stage 2/3). We offer workshops for primary and secondary school and after school drama clubs led by graduates from our unique training. We also run a large youth theatre for those aged 8 - 23 years.
