Young people and their families can express their interest in the course here. When you fill out this form, Peer Productions will be in touch to discuss whether we could meet the young person’s needs before arranging an informal interview.

Please note, young people applying for this programme have a range of different needs and abilities. Some might be able to apply independently and others will need support from their families of schools/colleges. Please provide information as is relevant for the individual. At the end oif this form we will ask you who we need to contact for more information.

Local authority funded placements can ONLY be agreed in consultation with the young person’s SEND case officer.
