Superheroes send holiday camp - HAF expression of interest form

In previous years the HAF programme has funded free places for young people who have an EHCP whose families are in receipt of universal credit. We are waiting to hear if we have received a HAF allocation this year but you can fill in your details below and we will let you know when HAF places become available. If you have been to one of our holiday programmes before we only need basic information but, if you are new to us, the form will open some additional questions.
