Bronwyn Teasdale

Bronwyn is an actor and aspiring theatre maker with a background in musical theatre. She has just completed her BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts at Birmingham Ormiston Academy. In future, she hopes to study devising and theatre making, eventually going on to develop her own projects on the themes of mental health and identity. She wants to use her personal experience to influence her creative practice. Bronwyn is a trained singer with the ability to read sheet music and play keyboard, skills which she is keen to use in her performances. She has performed in musicals such as Les Misérables and Hairspray even playing Sandy in Grease. Additionally, she has played Nerissa in the Merchant of Venice and the lead role of Val in Fen.

During her year at Peer Bronwyn played the role of Taylor in As I See It, various roles including Emily and Tash’s mum in Hidden and Charlotte in Losing It.
