MEET THE TEAM
Our Team
The Peer Production’s Team is made up of a creative bunch from a range of backgrounds, all of whom share a common goal: to use the power of the arts to inspire positive change in the lives of young people and their communities.
As well as our office base in Woking, several of our team members also work remotely, and we are dedicated to creating a company culture that supports our whole team beyond simply the job they do. To us, this means taking a compassionate approach that builds support for neuro-diversity, gender-equality, and social justice into everything we do.
Sound Like Something You Want to be part of?
We are a small team, but we regularly advertise new vacancies for roles. We welcome and encourage diverse applicants, and want to keep growing as we go.
Board of Trustees
We are also supported by a dedicated board of trustees who provide expert advice and guidance to help guide the charity. Click below to find out more about them.
