Rachael Illingworth

Creative Assistant

Rachael has been part of the Peer family since her days in youth theatre. She went on to graduate from Peer Productions' Actor Development programme in 2021, before studying Drama, Theatre and Performance at the University of Sussex, earning a BA (Hons).

Since then, Rachael has returned to Peer Productions as a Learning Assistant on the PEP, taken six months to travel the world, and now rejoins the organisation as Creative Assistant, supporting Marketing, Communications, Fundraising and Development, and Community Outreach. 

Rachael is looking forward to developing her skills in theatre marketing and arts communications, and continuing to grow within an organisation that has been part of her life since she was a young person. 

When she’s not at Peer you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, trying a new food spot or blasting Taylor Swift music!
