Creative Facilitator

At Peer, we're dedicated to transforming lives through the power of theatre. Founded in 2006, Peer Productions is an award-winning youth arts charity specialising in combining high quality arts practice with peer education.

We are looking for a Creative Facilitator to support the delivery of inclusive, engaging, and artistically ambitious work across the charity’s theatre training programmes and productions. Working within a team, the Creative Facilitator will lead and support practical workshops, rehearsals, and performances for young people, including those with learning disabilities, as well as contribute to the creative development and production of touring plays.

Based in Woking Town Centre

Salary - £16,800 pro rata (equals £28,000 FTE)

Terms - 0.6 (3 days per week), fixed term from September 2025 0 July 2026
