Learning Assistant

At Peer, we're dedicated to transforming lives through the power of theatre. Founded in 2006, Peer Productions is an award-winning youth arts charity specialising in combining high quality arts practice with peer education.

We are looking for Learning Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting young adults with learning disabilities to access their training programme, nurturing their personal and artistic development. This is within both practical and classroom based lessons.

Location: Woking town centre, Surrey
Terms: 3-3.5 days per week (Tuesday-Friday), fixed term September 2025 - July 2026
Salary: £23,000 FTE
