Peer Productions is looking to appoint new trustees with a range of different areas of expertise to join our dedicated board at an exciting stage in the charity's development:
Peer Productions is looking to appoint new trustees with a range of different areas of expertise to join our dedicated board at an exciting stage in the charity's development:
Education - Expert in education with a focus on creativity
Do you have a background in delivering education? Do you have experience and understanding of safeguarding requirements and good practice? Maybe you’re an experienced school leader or your work is in Higher Education and you can help us to find our place within the broader landscape of vocational training or innovative research?
Third Sector - Extensive Third Sector leadership skills
Do you have knowledge of third sector issues and trends? Legal, partnerships and fundraising experience would be particularly welcome.
Communications - Experience and a passion for effective storytelling
Do you have experience implementing a communications strategy cross platform to increase reach and brand awareness? Can you help ensure Peer’s mission, projects, and stories are shared effectively with audiences, stakeholders, and partners?
Lived Experience - Experience of training or working in the Arts or supporting a loved one.
Have you or a loved one faced barriers to entering the industry? Do you have ideas about how to make the arts more accessible?
Property - Experience of project management and capital development
Do you have experience as a commercial surveyor or experience with small businesses and their property needs? Can you support us on our journey as we identify new long-term premises for Peer?
Digital Innovation – Expertise across creativity, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Do you bring experience in building and safeguarding digital systems? Are you able to help us harness technology creatively, while ensuring robust infrastructure and strong cyber resilience? Perhaps you’ve led digital transformation projects, advised on IT strategy, or worked at the intersection of creative technology and secure operations.
