Natalie Ng Milavic

Natalie is a creative producer and digital communications strategist with over five years’ experience delivering campaigns across the arts, culture, and film sectors. Based in London, she works with artist-led and community-driven projects that centre creative change.
Her freelance work reflects her values, with a focus on audience-first storytelling, and accessibility and advocacy at the heart of each campaign. She has led digital curations and promotional campaigns for tours and events at festivals and venues including Barbican, Hoxton Hall, Schauspiel Leipzig and Festival Spielart.
Outside of work, Natalie produces experimental documentaries and recently co-founded Mostovi — a women-led collective dedicated to platforming film and audiovisual materials from the Balkans for it's diaspora communities and UK audiences. Her personal work is grounded in a continued belief in storytelling as a powerful tool for connection and social transformation.
